We have it all included. All you need to bring are your personal items and you will to have a great time.

Our condo is very open and bright looking.
The game room is large ,the kids will love it and will have a place to play at night.
The gym is state of the art and very clean.

Coastal Condo has the largest pool in the crest. The Pool area is Large and Private. It Can Not be viewed from the street. Heated Pool--Hot Tub--Kiddie Pool all privacy fenced in for privace and security. It is surrounded by multi million dollar private homes in our complex.

This unit can sleep between 8-10 people.
There are 2 covered private parking spots.
Located just steps from the beach.

Unwind and enjoy your self on our wraparound deck watching a fantastic sunset at the end of the day.
We love our home and hope you will too!

All Bikes,beach chairs, and beach toys must be stored in our locked storage. Bikes CAN NOT be left in the garage area at anytime.

Sheets and towels are included but MUST be washed,dried,folded,and put back in the closet before checkout at 10:00am.

We rent to families or mature adults 25 years or older. NO PROMS, SENIOR WEEK OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS.

Discounted monthly and seasonal rates also available
$2650.00 per week JULY 4TH WEEK SUPER SPECIAL(JUNE 29-JULY4TH 2008 ONLY)
$2950.00 per week from May 31 2008 until June 28,2008
$3450.00. per week from June 28,2008 until September 2008
$500.00 security deposit
*cleaning fee $125.00
*Full week rentals only

*$2000.00 deposit required for all June through Sept. rentals
full payment must be made 2 months before rental date.
